Request Authorization
Contact our support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our warehouse.
Prepare Your Package
Place the item in its original manufacturer packaging with all included accessories, manuals, and blank warranty cards to avoid restocking fees.
Ship the Item
Securely pack the product inside a shipping box and clearly write your RMA number on the exterior; we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the equipment's condition, we will process your refund or store credit within 3-5 business days.
